It wasn’t until I was in my later 20’s that I actually started caring about what was going in my body. I thought that in order to be healthy I had to workout at the gym for over an hour a day and restrict my eating to all things chicken and broccoli…. I thought healthy was 100 calorie packs of food and low fat, sugar free were the best options. I would yo yo from my idea of healthy to binging on all the things( specifically chips ahoy cookies- the mini ones), pizza, and chips(of any kind). For years this was my normal. Can you relate???

One day I had read an article that said it is just as unhealthy to be a yo- yo dieter as it was to be over weight or underweight. For some reason that struck a cord and had me thinking twice about my current tactics for my health and fitness. I paired up with an online coach and decided to go all in in a virtual gym group(way outside my comfort zone) Remember I thought they only way to do it was in the gym. It taught me a lot of the things I needed to know and how to break the bad habits and beliefs I once thought. It developed into a passion of wanting to feel my best ALL the time(not just swim suit time) and help others do the same!

And so that’s what I do! I continuously work on myself but also alongside others who too want to look and feel their best!
