Power Pancake
Back when I was competing in for a bikini competition my breakfast would be eggs/egg whites with spinach and oatmeal. I can tell you that after eating the same thing every day for weeks at a time you start to try and get creative haha. Which is how I came up with this awesomely amazing supped up pancake! There are so many ways to make and no wrong way. Play around with it and find your favorite way YOU like it!
It is such an easy way to get in a wholesome great tasting meal anytime of day!
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup butternut squash or carrots
1/4 cup uncooked oats
Cinnamon to taste
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour batter into a heated slightly oiled pan and cook like you would regular pancakes or make multiple small pancakes.
